The first artwork of the 12th International Sand sculpture festival is being made
In Pasta Island Sand sculpture park's first artwork, demo sculpture, is being made. It will be made by four artists from Latvia and Lithuania– Inese Valtere, Sanita Rāviņa, Donatas Mockus un Martinas Gaubas.
The last 11 sculptors form Latvia, Lithuania. Belgium, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Hungary and Russia will arrive in Jelgava on Sunday, June 3rd to start their work on the rest of the 12th International Sand sculpture festival sculptures using more than a 1000 tons of sand.
Largest Sand sculpture park in Baltics will be open for visitors on June 9th.
